Precision Shaft is an important component in the complex mechanical electrical and mechanical systems, satellite antenna, radar tracking devices and so on. The size of precision shafting friction torque directly affects the precision system of high precision, work efficiency, and the size of the noise, and working stability. But with the development of modern technology, all the country in the world require more accurate precision shaft friction torque data.Try to get qualitative and quantitative understanding of friction torque of precision shafting will reduce friction of main shafting system, improve the precision of shafting system, eventually improve the dynamic performance of shafting and the accuracy of precision instruments has important significance.This paper is based on a large number of literature data, in-depth understanding of domestic and foreign research present situation, summarizes the factors, which affect the shafting friction torque. The overall design scheme of the precision shafting friction torque measuring system is built on the basis of the balance moment measuring principle, the precision shafting friction torque measuring system with horizontal measurement system and vertical measurement system is design. By using the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench subsystem test platform structure adjustment for the static analysis,modal analysis and harmonious response analysis, through analysis that the design precision of shafting friction torque test platform to meet the design requirements. According to the theory of multi-body system to establish a model, measurement of shaft system is deduced and the deviation vector matrix between the shaft system under test. Measurement of shaft system is deduced and the deviation vector matrix between the shaft system under test.Through the experimentof principle prototype measurement data, observing the change of the friction torque curves under different rotational speed and using different lubricant's influence on the shafting friction torque.
