As a new generation of mechanical and electrical integration products,the torque motor is widely used in the fields of precision instruments,precision manufacturing,photoelectric detection,satellite remote sensing,space exploration and so on.With the development of science and technology,the torque accuracy of torque motor is more and more high.Only the output torque of the torque motor can be accurately measured,so it can reflect the performance of the torque motor objectively and fairly.Therefore,the precise torque measurement of torque motor has become a hot research field.However,the influence of the typical shape and position error on the measurement result is an important factor,in the precise torque measurement system.Therefore,it is very important to eliminate the influence of the typical shape and position error on the accuracy of the measurement results.In this paper,in order to improve the accuracy of the torque measurement results,the influence of the typical shape and position error on the torque measurement is studied.The main research contents are as follows:1?From the aspects of the torque motor generate and torque measurement principle,obtain the factors that affect the torque and torque measurement results of the torque motor.Analyze the source of the typical shape and position error and the influence of the typical shape and position error on the torque measurement.And formulate the compensation scheme of the typical shape and position error for the torque measurement.2?In view of the form and characteristics of the typical shape and position error,design a torque measurement system.On this torque measurement system,the experiments about the influence of the axial error between the stator and the rotor on the torque measurement and the influence of the radial error between the torque transmission shaft and the test shaft on the torque measurement are carried out.And the experimental data are fitted with a linear regression analysis method to fit the mathematical relationship between the typical shape and position error and the torque measurement results.3?Use the mathematical relationship between the typical shape and position error and the torque measurement results to compensate the torque measurement,and elaborate the significance of the compensate method to the accuracy of the torque measurement.
