The advance of Chinese space industry, greatly promote the development of our country's aerospace equipment. The equipment for precision demand is higher and higher, the traditional processing method is difficult to meet the accuracy requirements. Therefore, there was a kind of new processing technology, namely the abrasive flow processing. It is done through abrasive flow extrusion of the machining surface polishing, deburring. This processing method is particularly suitable for all kinds of thin seam, small hole, precision and ultra precision machining of complex hole.This article first introduces the principle of abrasive flow of machine tool processing, as well as the overall structure of the machine tool. Then according to the abrasive flow of machine tool hydraulic system work demand, completed the hydraulic system design, manufacture and assembly, the entire hydraulic system have been able to work properly.Secondly, the design of the control system of the machine tool is completed. This article selects the Siemens S7-1200 PLC(programmable controller), completed the control of the electromagnetic valve, and application of PID control method, to complete the control of the proportional servo valve. And also completed the communication between PLC and touch panel operation, realize the function of man-machine exchange(HMI).Then the abrasive flow machining one-way valve(Ladder-like inner hole) has carried on the simulation, this article applied FULENT simulation software, to analyze the simulation results, process parameters such as flow velocity, temperature and pressure value, and apply control system to control it.Finally, the experimental verification, according to the results of processing simulation, set the parameters of PLC and operation panel(HMI), to complete the process parameters such as flow velocity, temperature and pressure control. Then carry on the processing experiment, the processing results.Control system combined with process simulation, in order to further improve the processing precision machine tool, which provides theoretical basis and technical support, the accurate control of the process parameters of abrasive flow machine tool has played a positive role.
