Abstract/Summary:
The consolidated abrasive lapping plate is the key to the precision grinding process such as photoelectric wafer.The working surface of the lapping plate is generally bonded by several abrasive pellets according to certain rules.The performance of the abrasive pellet determines the processing accuracy,grinding efficiency and service life of the lapping plate.In the research and development process of the lapping plate,it is necessary to test the wear resistance and processing performance of the lapping plate.At present,the method of grinding experiment is adopted to test the comprehensive performance of the lapping plate,which is characterized by large experimental workload,high cost of the lapping plate,low performance test efficiency and long time.In this study,the performance test of abrasive pellets was proposed to simulate the actual grinding process of the lapping plate,and the development of abrasive pellet performance testing machine could greatly improve the performance test and R&D efficiency of abrasive pellet,reduce R&D costs.First of all,based on the movement and force analysis of the lapping plate processing process,the motion relationship,afterforce mode,physical quantity detection method,data collection and other technical solutions of abrasive pellet performance testing machine were determined.The abrasive pellet performance testing machine movement relation mainly include abrasive pellet with the grinder plate between diameter,rotational speed and motion analysis between linear velocity,the loading mode using both manual loading weight and automatic pressure loading mode,the physical quantity through the pressure sensor,torque sensor device such as a load testing.The method of data acquisition is the combination of data acquisition card and industrial computer.Next,the overall structure of abrasive pellet performance testing machine was optimized.Using three dimensional modeling software Solid Works to digital model and the mechanical structure of the machine design,selection of servo motors,motion controller,sensors and control module,data acquisition card,such as components,finish abrasive pellet performance testing machine of hardware design,including mechanical parts processing and manufacturing and purchasing,design of control circuit,Finally,the testing machine is assembled and tested.Then,the software system of abrasive pellet performance testing machine was developed by means of virtual instrument technology Lab VIEW.Write the system user login interface program,motion control and data acquisition and storage procedures,machine parameter setting,signal acquisition,signal curve window display,automatic data storage,and other functions,and then write each part of the program for cohesion,finally to complete the program set the password and generate the installation package files,in order to protect the safety of the program code.Finally,abrasive pellet performance testing machine was developed,and 170#,200#and 270# diamond abrasive pellets were selected for single factor system experiment.The experimental result shows that the development of abrasive pellet performance testing machine can satisfy the demands of normal process detection performance,stable and reliable work,in addition,equipped with data acquisition system can complete the torque,friction force and friction coefficient data such as accurate measurement,for subsequent evaluation provide a reference basis for the comprehensive performance of grinding balls piece,can replace the traditional lapping plate processing experiment at the same time,rapid performance testing of abrasive pellets,greatly improving work efficiency and reducing testing costs.
