In the process of the development of urban’s construction, the timeliness and continuation of a city’s development supplement each other, interact and infiltrate with each other, thus forming the corresponding regional distinct cultures. It is of great significance to apply these unique regional cultures, local features and other factors skillfully to the urban space by corresponding design, which can develop the urban cultures, create the urban characteristics and build the urban image as well as improve the living standards of urban people and other aspects. The urban public facility is the basic condition of distinguishing the similarities and differences among cities. The function not only reflects on usage, but also presents the cultures spreading. Therefore, there is no doubt that the facility will be the first choice to inherit the regional cultures.By reading the related literatures and materials as well as practical investigations and comprehensive analysis methods. Firstly, it analyzes research status at home and abroad and elaborates the regionalism relation of urban public facilities.
