| In recent years, demand for various types of electrical equipment is growing with development of the domestic power industry. Post insulator affecting the normal operation of electrical equipment as an important structural component of electrical equipment. In practical engineering, post insulator ofen selected by non- professional electrical engineer. User need to calculate repeatedly because the bearing capacity of the post insulator often does not meet the requirements. The workload of structural engineer is increased because of the lack of specialized software and complication of using a general finite-element analysis software.By using general structural analysis and finite element software SAP2000 and API function library and Visual C # programming language, this paper developed post insulator parameterize modeling analysis system based on SAP2000 API to solve these problems. The work done is as follows:First of all, we introduce the Visual C#, SAP2000 API, Office VBA, NSIS and other tools used in the development of system. Design principles and the various needs of post insulator parameterize modeling analysis system are analysed.Then according to the structural characteristics of the pillar insulator structure and analysing and calculating process, the post insulator structure parameter modeling analysis method is summarized through the relevant norms of domestic electrical equipment and the research of the scholars at home and abroad.Then, the system can complete static static analysis, seismic analysis, and isolation analysis of the post insulator structure by designing various functional modules of the system. It can automatically complete modeling, analysis and calculate result of post insulator structure.Finally, post insulator structures of silicone rubber material and ceramic material are calculated by using the developed system to verify reliability of the system. It shows that the system have good reliability. And it can improve all user's work efficiency. |
