Study On The Construction Of The Country Park System In The Ecological Control Line

In recent years, some cities in China began to use the method of delimitation of basic ecological control line to limit urban sprawl and to protect ecological environment.However, the planning of the ecological control area is more focused on the strict control of land use than the development level of the protection. Since 1970 s, the development of country park in Hong Kong, as a kind of ecological protection to promote the development of the space,becomes more and more popular in most cities. Considering the resource type of the ecological control area and the functional characteristics of the country park, this paper present the construction of the country park system which can realize the protection of the ecological resources.This article fully studying the correlative theories and practical experience of domestic and foreign country park construction and planning, realized the lack of our country park system,and trying to build country park system by space layout-function- integration of the greenway. In the study of park space layout, using GIS to analysis the environmental impact factors of ecological sensitivity, then sum up three country park space layout mode which are the respectively, the continuous and discrete interval function; the next step is functioning based on the space layout, by fully considering the impact factors of regional environment, will the country park function guidance function, peripheral embedded function and external function for implantable endogenous, including ecological conservation, forestry landscape, historical and cultural display function for endogenous guiding, urban leisure, agricultural production function for the surrounding embedded, camping, photography base and agricultural tourism function for external placement, three a guide function of country park is scientific and reasonable; the last step to construct the system of country park is the greenway construction, integrating the space and function of the country park with recreational greenway as well as the ecological environment.In the end, the country park system construction method is used in Wuhan Huangpi green wedge planning practice, combining with the present situation of the Huangpi green wedge, the space location and function layout and greenway created country park system construction, to guide the development and construction of the ecological green wedge in Huangpi...
