Study On The Implementation Of Country Park Siting In Green Space In Urban Fringe Area

In recent years due to the acceleration of urbanization,urban expansion,result in urban fringe area green space,occupation by a lot of damage to ecological environment,and in order to effectively control the urban sprawl,scientific and reasonable to protect ecological and living environment,some cities in China and academia began focused attention on the edge of the city zone on conservation and utilization of green space.Since the development of country parks in Hong Kong in the mid-20 th century,as a green space management mode combining ecological environmental protection and recreation resource development,country parks have been gradually paid attention to and practiced by more and more cities.In this paper,considering the development status and difficulties of urban fringe areas,and considering the ecological and recreational properties of country parks,it is proposed to construct the country park system in the green space of urban fringe areas,so as to realize the protection of ecological resources and explore the recreational potential.This paper fully studied the relevant theoretical research and practical experience of the implementation of country park site selection,summarized the implementation steps and methods of rural park site selection,and applied to the practical practice of the northwest green wedge of Shenyang.Under the guidance of the general planning of land use,the functional planning of land use and related planning policies,the feasible scope of country parks shall be determined.And within the range can be implemented from the two aspects of ecological and recreational comprehensive consideration,choose 11 influence factor,application Arc GIS and ENVI platform for comprehensive evaluation of land,determine the specific location of the country parks scope of implementation,space layout,reasonable arrangement of country park according to the country park of endogenous and exogenous factors,determine the functional partition and positioning of country parks,Develop an ecological and recreational network within the country parks with reserved interface with the outside world.Taking the northwest green wedge as an example,the construction of country park system is selected to guide the construction of the overall ideal pattern of green space in the urban fringe of Shenyang,and also provide guidance and reference for the green space planning of other urban fringe areas.
