With the development of China's power industry, the scale of the power grid is becoming increasingly huge, and the equipments in the power system are becoming more and more complex.Therefore, how to use power more efficiently and safely becomes an important issue. On the one hand, our country has formulated a series of standards to regulate the power system.On the other hand, the smart grid plan is proposed to implement the automation, intelligent and network of the grid.Electric transducer is an indispensable equipment for the measurement and monitoring of electrical equipment operating conditions which is needed by the normal operation and fault diagnosis of electrical equipment.The increasingly scale of the power grid and complex of power equipment requires not only higher performance power transmitter, and requires it with greater functionality.According to the development of power industry and the requirement of smart grid project, a set of high performance electric transducer is developed. This paper choses the PIC24FJ256GA110 as core chip, high-speed, high-precision and multi-channel synchronous sampling of MCP3914 as the A/D converter, as well as the appropriate D/A converter and RAM chip. According to the characteristics and design requirements of MCU, the hardware circuit of the system is designed, including power circuit, clock circuit and reset circuit. And through the conversion of UART and USB communication protocol, the USB communication is realized.In this paper, the software of the electric transducersystem is developed on the MPLAB platform.The design of main program, interrupt program and each hardware module are completed, and the function and implementation process of each program are analyzed in detail.
