| In recent years, all over the country appeared a lot of haze phenomenon, people on environmental concerns and requirements more and more high, the countries of particulate emissions and control requirements are more stringent, large power plant units need to upgrade the original dust removal equipment, upgrading and chemical agglomeration can be very good to meet the requirements. In this paper, based on the 50 MW unit of a coal-fired power plant, we design and develop a set of chemical agglomeration system based on this unit, and use this set of chemical agglomeration system to carry out the experimental research and simulation analysis.First,in process design, through on-site visits, data access and laboratory test to determine the 50 MW coal-fired power plant chemical agglomeration process of system, theoretical parameters, the control mode, according to the parameters in the process of calculation theory, in the design of agglomeration solution sprayed into the 3.5t/h, flue gas temperature decreased 4.4℃, theory of evaporation time for 0.533 s, evaporation distance 7.57 m, safe time 0.8s, droplet theory safety evaporation distance 11.36 m, according to industrial design method of process equipment selection. According to the results, the atomization mode of the chemical agglomeration solution and the arrangement of the spray gun were determined.Then, In the experiment of the demonstration project of the chemical agglomeration system, using CEMS system, the data of statistical data and artificial test data are used to get the effect of the spray on the smoke and dust parameters. Through the analysis of before and after the smoke flue gas parameters can be found chemical agglomeration system can improve the efficiency of 30%-50% of bag filter dust removal, and the SO2 concentration in flue gas, NOX concentration, oxygen content, moisture parameters such as the weight of influence in the acceptable range.Finally, using the Fluent simulation of the parameters of the field situation and influence, found that the influence of flue gas temperature is about 3-4℃, the evaporation distance of the atomization particles of chemical agglomeration solution is 6m-7m. The chemical agglomeration system can by adding blowing ash equipment, add flushing system, upgrading transformation of the structure of the spray gun, and for chemical agglomeration economy problem of system were analyzed and found chemical agglomeration system operating and construction costs and flue gas and smoke dust content are closely related. |
