The experimental instrument is an essential tool for experimental activities and a product that interacts with the experimenter.With the advent of the experience economy era,in addition to satisfying the functional requirements of users,instrument products must meet the increasing demand for experience.This means that instrument products need to take into account the appearance,interface interaction,and intelligence in the design process.Integrated issues such as integration and modularization.As the traditional manufacturing industry is in the period of comprehensive transformation and upgrading,the improvement of user experience plays an important role in improving the added value of instrument products and market competitiveness.Based on the current situation and development trend of the instrument industry,this topic studies the appearance and interaction design mode of instrument products based on the user experience theory and the small experimental instruments of chemical industry.Firstly,based on the theoretical method of Kansei engineering,the quantitative relationship between the morphological features of the sample instrument and the perceptual vocabulary is established by using the quantitative one-class theory.Then,based on the interaction theory,the guidelines for the human-computer interaction design of the instrument product interface are summarized.The specific functions and operational procedures of the case Flame aerosol reactor(FLAR)are comprehensively designed,and the effectiveness of the research results is analyzed through design evaluation.This topic explores an innovative design pattern of the appearance and interaction of experimental instrument products,aiming to improve the design level of instrument products and better conform to the development trend of the experience economy era,what's more,provides method guidance and results for the design and research of such products.
