| With development of global economy, the demand for energy is also growing all over the world and energy shortage has seriously restricted the development of economy.Governments have stepped up research on energy conservation after energy crisis.Building energy consumption has been a main position in energy consumption, therefore how to reduce energy consumption inside the residence rewarding further study.In this paper, we do a residential energy consumption study in hot summer and cold winter in Wuhan, a typical city of humid and clammy. In this climate, residents usually use air conditioning to heat and refrigerate in order to make them comfortable indoor in winter and summer. From the aspect of saving energy, we established a construction model for analysis by using eQuest in line with the level of Wuhan’s energy consumption,through a review of relevant literatures and an analysis of design criteria and a energy consumption survey in a certain residential building in Wuhan. The reasonable construction design can enhance the indoor ventilation, this paper simulate the ventilation in four kinds of units by Fluent and analyze indoor velocity and pressure field, comparing and concluding the merits in four kinds of units in natural ventilation.The conclusions in this paper:The lowest temperature occurs in January in Wuhan and the highest occurs in July.There are extreme temperatures every year, the extreme maximum temperature is above40℃and the extreme lowest is less than-5℃, and humidity is high all year round, so we should adjust the temperature and humidity of air conditioning indoor to make body comfortable in winter and summer.By eQUEST about energy software simulation and comparison, we draw conclusions: the energy-saving effect of exterior shading is more than that of interior shading; building orientation is not obvious for annual energy-saving; the building using double low-E glasses can reduce energy consumption; increasing insulation materials in outer wall of building has a great impact on energy consumption, 5cm insulating layer is best, considering the costs of insulation material and energy efficiency.Natural ventilation and indoor environment have an great effect on human comfort,so it is necessary to analysis and simulate fluency by fluent to check whether the indoorair is smooth and building pressure can effectively promote ventilation. Through the analysis and study in this paper, it improves designers to know building energy efficiency and offer a new view in building renovation. |
