Study On Energy Survey And Energy-saving Measures Of Governmental Office Buildings And Large Public Buildings In Chengdu

With the development of social economy, the total energy consumption is generally higherthan the total energy production and the shortage is particularly prominent in China, for energyissues becoming increasingly urgent today in our country, study on energy saving is of greatsignificance. In order to grasp the building energy using condition in Chengdu and study theenergy saving measures. In this paper, basic information and energy consumption informationof the government office buildings and large public buildings in Chengdu was investigated andthe related data was analyzed.Furthermore,the basic characteristics of energy consumption ofthe government office buildings and large public buildings in Chengdu was revealed.Beingbased on the climate characteristics in Chengdu,the energy-saving measures suitable to theclimate characteristics of Chengdu was put forward.Through the investigation,the problems ofenergy-saving measures of the existing buildings in Chengdu was analyzed,what’s more, somecountermeasures to solve the problems was put forward.The results show that lighting electricity proportion is the largest of the various types ofpower consumption of the existing governmental office buildings and large public buildings inChengdu.The annual power consumption per unit area of governmental office buildings is42.39kWh/(a·m2) and gas consumption is1.80m3/(a·m2), in addition,water consumption is1.02t/(a·m2).The weighted average annual power consumption per unit area of large publicbuildings is77.73kWh/(a·m2) and gas consumption is4.73m3/(a·m2),moreover,water consum-ption is1.30t/(a·m2).The annual energy consumption per unit area of governmental office buil-dings is16.17kgce/(a·m2). The weighted average annual energy consumption per unit area oflarge public buildings is31.40kgce/(a·m2)(Electricity and gas are converted into standard coalrespectively according to0.3300kgce/kWh and1.2143kgce/m3).The energy consumption of alltypes of buildings accounts for19%to85%of other cities in hot summer and cold winter areas.For energy-saving measures,above all,lighting system and window system should be reformed.Secondly,the air conditioning system needs to be transformed too.What way of insulation andwhat kinds of materials of outer walls are not recommended to be reformed.This study has a reference value for the study of building energy saving work inChengdu,at the same time,the research results have some significance on the energy savingrenovation of governmental office buildings and large public buildings in Chengdu.
