As the structure of the airborne electronic systems more complex, the troubleshooting of the airborne electronic system increasing complicated, the study of the complex airborne electronic system intelligence diagnostic architecture is of great significance.Firstly, the paper presents a composing method of the airborne electronic intelligent diagnostic system, and analyses the integrated test system architecture. For smart built-in test,using GJB2547, accomplish the study on principle, layered architecture and several typical existent form.Then, the paper expounds the CFDS architecture of A320 and the CMS architecture of B777 aircraft: summarize the CFDS architecture under the ARINC604 and its functions, give a logic-based diagnostic method, implement the A320 aircraft CFDS intelligence diagnostic architecture analysis. In the last, simulation results show its feasibility; summarize the CMS architecture under the ARINC624 and the functions of CMCF, give a model-based diagnostic expert system method, implement the B777 aircraft CMS intelligence diagnostic architecture analysis. In the last an example proves the effectiveness.Finally, the paper introduces the antithesis in the two architecture contrast. Through generally contrast, distinguish their differences, understand the two architecture more clearly,and summarize the rules.
