Motorcycle is one kind of modern vehicles. It has been more than one hundred years since motorcycle was invented. Motorcycle still has a large market because of its convenient way of driving and good road adaptability. The damping effect of motorcycle directly influences process of stability, security and people’s comfort when people are riding motorcycle. Cause shock absorber plays an important role in damping device, so the design of shock absorber is particularly important. With the development of computer technology in recent years, the traditional design method of shock absorber has a certain improvement,but still not out of experience in the design method.In this paper, parametric modeling and simulation of WH150 motorcycle binoculars hydraulic shock absorbers are completed. Based on Fluid mechanics theory, mathematical relational expression of pressure of the upper and lower fluid and flow rate of the flow through the valve system valve system is established. According to the theory of boundary film, friction is derived by mathematical formulas. On the basis of mathematical relationships, by the use of MATLAB Simulink, mathematical model is established and simulated. Since the parametric model is based on the actual structure parameters of the shock absorber, the model can reflect the actual working process of the shock absorber. By error analysis between simulation results with the actual test results, the built parametric mathematical model is verified correctly.In this paper, deformation theory analysis and calculations of the valve train deflection of internal throttle valve annular of shock absorber completed. By elastic mechanics, the specific process of calculation methods for small deflection is discussed, and analytical formula of small deflection is launched. By perturbation method, general analytical formula of large deflection of annular damper valve is released. This paper presents a method for solving coefficients of general analytical formula of large deflection of annular damper valve based on finite element. By comparison results obtained by calculation and look-up table "Mechanical Design Manual", relative error obtained is very small so that the correctness of the method is verified.For complexity of the internal flow field of shock absorbers, by means of computer simulation, using ANSYS Fluent software, the internal flow field of shock absorbers is simulated. Based on the theory of fluid mechanics, numerical simulation analysis method isused to describe the flow field inside the shock absorber, which reveals the influence of parameters on the movement of the fluid flow field inside shock absorbers.
