With the development of bridge structure theory and computer application technology,the construction of long-span Bridges in growing. The appearance of the cable-stayed bridge with its stiffness and large span become the preferred object. The monitoring of construction process is important for this kind of high order statically indeterminate structure. The simulation analysis of each construction stage brings great convenience to ensure reasonable construction of the structure.According to the design material,the main girder, stay cables, pylons, boundary conditions, creep and shrinkage of concrete, all kinds of load of the construction process were simulated. The reasonable bridge state of the cable-stayed bridge was determined using the stress balance method, and related parameters of cable-stayed bridge were analyzed. The construction process of the whole bridge was analyzed using the finite element analysis software Midas/Civil program. The internal force, stress value and the deflection of main girder, etc. of various construction stages were obtained. Three most unfavorable conditions in the construction process were analyzed. Some important characteristics of structure part of the cable-stayed bridge during the construction process was obtained, which provides a relatively reliable theoretical basis for the bridge construction control. |
