| In order to meet the needs of social and economic development,my country has made the transportation industry the focus of economic construction,and the road network,railway network,and waterway network have become denser and huger.However,traffic lines will inevitably pass through rivers,valleys and other complex terrain,and a large number of special bridges have yet to be built.Prestressed concrete continuous beam bridges are widely used due to their small deformation,good structural performance,and strong seismic performance.The cantilever pouring method has the advantages of convenient assembly and disassembly and lighter weight.It is the most commonly used construction method for prestressed concrete continuous beam bridges.During the construction of continuous beam bridges,due to the complex environment on site and the uncertain factors of the structure itself,the final completed state of the bridge and the ideal design state of the bridge are prone to deviations.Therefore,it is very necessary to monitor the construction of the bridge.This paper takes the Hebao Expressway viaduct project as the research background,and takes the elevation monitoring and stress monitoring of the continuous beam bridge as the research purpose,and introduces the specific application of construction monitoring in actual projects.Before the construction of the Hebao Expressway viaduct,a simulation analysis model was established through Midas Civil finite element software,which provided a strong theoretical basis for continuous beam bridge construction monitoring.After comprehensively considering the on-site construction conditions,the deformation of the hanging basket,and the model parameters,the forward analysis method was used to dynamically correct the bridge elevation error to ensure that the bridge alignment meets the requirements of the design code.In view of the fact that there is still a certain deviation in the elevation value of the post-construction bridge section,the gray prediction theory is introduced to predict the bridge elevation,the GM(1,1)model is optimized for the background value,and its prediction effect is verified by the actual project of the Hebao Expressway viaduct.In addition,real-time monitoring of the internal stress of the bridge was carried out during the construction process to ensure the safety of the construction of the bridge.Using the construction monitoring method of this article,the alignment and force of the bridge after the completion of the bridge can be controlled within a reasonable range,which can be used as a reference for the construction monitoring of similar bridges. |
