| As a country with massive airliner demands, manufacturing our own aircraft is always our common goal. As the tooling to assemble horizontal tail, horizontal tail production line plays an important role in keeping the manufacturing quality and efficiency of horizontal tail. It is important to keep perfect management in process of installation of horizontal tail assembling line, because the installation of assembling line is very complex and time-consuming process. The achievements of this paper are as shown,This paper, which start from current situation of risk management of horizontal tail assembling line installation, create risk identification and assessment system model for jig installation. This model is based on FMEA method to conduct risk identification and fuzzy theory to conduct risk assessment. |
