Factors such as quality and performance of the cam shaft process have a great effect on the overall performance of the vehicle. Therefore, the process equipment must have excellent stability, and the delivery system has a very high reliability. In this paper, the production process and the production line of the cam shaft of the two aspects of domestic equipment, through the analysis of the key technology and key equipment of the camshaft production process, to further carry out the layout design and Simulation Research of the camshaft production line.Efficient layout of production line can reduce cost and improve efficiency.Therefore, improving layout of the production line have received more and more attention.The layout of production line of camshaft was designed. The basic principles of layout of the production line design, constraint conditions and basic form were analyzed.And main parameters of the design were put forward,which can provide a reference for further simulation of layout of production line.The software of Witness was choosed in this article.production line simulation model of camshaft was established and the performance of the manufacturing system was evaluated.Production line was analyzed, and check the production line if the production line can meet the needs of platform or not through the simulation.And the production line can be optimized through the analysis of wip, production equipment utilization, which can make the production process more reasonable. |
