The rapid development of China’s infrastructure construction in recentyears make a spurt of progress and the city of rural road construction, so thatthe domestic automobile industry has entered a period of high-speeddevelopment, how to occupy a space for one person in the market demandincreasingly personalized, diversified auto parts industry, auto parts enterprisesmust face the problem. The introduction of lean production management mode,reduce the machine idle time, changeover time, operator, WIP, defectiveproducts, product design and development cycle, it is necessary to improve themarket competitiveness of enterprises.Using our new factory relocation transformation opportunities, the researchof optimization design for production line layout, and the optimization results inpractice.Using lean production method, carries on the analysis to the originalcountershaft gear production line layout and process, combined with the currentdevelopment of enterprise application requirements, layout design principlesand all kinds of layout, production layout design of the new factory, productionline layout mode by using U type line, verified by practice, the process designthe original intention, to improve production efficiency, reduce operatingpersonnel, reduce the labor intensity of purpose.Combined with the lean production methods, on the countershaft gear linelogistics to improve, change the backlog, past process a lot of WIP arealogistics flow, long period, poor circulation number problem, can achieve theproduction line from the blank to the thermal process before completing abetween the flow, product flow quickly to cancel the production line, innerproduct area.On the countershaft gear production line implementation of the newprocessing technology, tools and fixture design to improve production linechangeover time, to satisfy the companies on the proposed without anyadditional equipment, personnel, enhance the countershaft gear production lineproduction. It realized the design intention.
