The Study Of Humanization Design Of Mechanical Equipment

Based on the overall development trend of humanized demand on mechanical equipment, In this paper, the present situation of the traditional mechanical design, process and basic requirements were discussed and of application situation of humanized design of traditional mechanical equipment and thus it concluded that traditional mechanical equipment lacks of humanized design, pays more attention on function and less attention on customer requirements. As the manufacturing industry in China faces international communication and cooperation, users’ standard requirements are becoming more high, and more in line with international standards, and the humanized design of mechanical equipment in China is a big gap from international products, which leads to the humanized design, one of the basic requirements of mechanical equipment design in the future. Then, the realization method of the development of humanized design; humanization design elements and relations were analyzed and studied in this paper. At the same time, combined with China’s manufacturing 2025 strategy for planning of manufacturing industry, the basic concept of humanized design of intelligent machinery and methods were stated. Mechanical equipment is still the basis of intelligent manufacturing, and humanized demand must combine intelligence factory pattern to meet in the future. Printing machinery is typical mechanical equipment, and the lack of human elements of traditional printing is conducive to product marketing strategy and brand strategy. Through the improvement design of Beiren books rotary machine, the paper made practice of humanization design theory. Starting from an analysis of the present situation of books and periodicals machine, the paper confirms humanized improvement direction of the equipment, and raises several sets of improved design schemes. When organize design is reviewed, prototype will be manufactured and applications will be promoted in new products. It plays a good role in enhancing Beiren brand and the promotion of new products. The change of the product is tremendous to customers’ feeling, and customers will feel the Beiren’s technical strength and strong innovation ability, brand effect. This paper also concludes that whether for current mechanical equipment or intelligent mechanical equipment, humanization design is the overall development trend, throughout product design and the prototype test of the whole process of product development. Humanized design is a kind of the embodiment of the humanistic spirit, and it can achieve the perfect harmony of people and equipment, and truly reflects the respect and concern for people.
