Study On The Internal And External Environment Art Design Of Scientific Research Building With Place Features

Technological innovation is the core and commanding height of international competition in the 21 st century, and the scientific research building is the inevitable result of the constantly development of technology. In the past, architects paid too much attention on the design of physical layout of research space, rather than internal and external environment. As a result, a considerable number of environmental designs of scientific research buildings are too serious lacking of human thinking and spatial characteristics. With the rapid development of technology and the increased attention on the construction of the scientific research building, it's more and more important to pay attention to the humanity of researchers, and the correlation between the quality of internal and external environment and the efficiency of research.Italian philosopher Benedetto Croce once said, "Art and science are different but interrelated; they rendezvous in aesthetic terms.” This paper is exactly based on this demand to discuss the issue-- how to use the artistic skill to express the language of science and technology, to use emotional art enlighten rational science and technology, to make rational science and technology in the service of emotional art, to integrate emotional with rational, technology with art. With reference to the basic theory of behavioral science, environmental psychology, the spirit of place, this paper finally analyzes and summary the internal and external environment of the scientific research building, explores the design method, and create a space of humanity and place features.This paper mainly discusses the following aspects:The first part is an overview of the design content, including the background, the origin of design, the purpose and meaning, the content, the method, the framework, the related theory, the definition of concept and the current situation of the research topic all over the world.The second part first cognizes the scientific research building through the development history and composition of internal and external environment, then summarizes the features of design, in the end, analyzes the influence factors and refine the identification and sense of belonging of place features. It is the foundation of the nurturing strategies.The third part is the core point of this paper. Putting forward strategies in five aspects,including the rational design of scientific research building with place features, the heritage of subject characteristics, the artificial guide, the introduction of natural factors and the handling of details.Combined with the design case, the fourth part takes the internal and external environment design of Wuhan National Laboratory for Optoelectronics as a research object, and designs based on previously strategies.The last part is the conclusion and outlook of internal and external environment place features of the scientific research building in the future.
