Research On The Design Of The "unaccompanied" External Environment For The Blind

Assessing the standards of a society should look at how this society treats those in need.As an important part of the disabled,blind people are faced with the imperfect visual function,and their external environment design has always been a short board.With the development of society,the design of the external environment of the blind should also be improved accordingly.Making full use of the fruits of social progress,reversing the shackles of blind people and the external environment,and designing a truly blind-oriented external environment space design is a topic that needs continuous research in the contemporary era.The research content of this paper mainly includes two parts:first,the important reason for the alienation of the blind from the external environment is the difficulty of travel.This article makes full use of the mature scientific and technological achievements,solves the problem of blind travel,and realizes the transformation of the blind person's "accompanying type" to the "unaccompanied" external environment;second,combined with the sensory characteristics of the sense of touch,hearing,smell and memory of the blind,combined with the voice broadcast system of science and technology,the "unaccompanied" external environment space that truly conforms to the physiological characteristics of the blind is designed to help them establish convenience,openness and confidence lifestyle.At the same time,taking the re-creation of the campus outside the Qingdao Blind School as an example,using the four sensory characteristics besides the blind person's vision,the four theme scenes are targeted to explore the feasibility and necessity of the construction of the“unaccompanied” external environment.This article is based on the blind people.By discovering the blind people's desire for independent walking and free activities,and the desire for a beautiful natural environment,this paper proposes an "unaccompanied" external environment concept suitable for the blind.This is a blind public-oriented outdoor public leisure activity space.Through the penetration between disciplines,the blind people's “unaccompanied” external environment design can be realized,and a beautiful external environment suitable for blind people can be constructed to satisfy their independence and freedom in local space.The demand for activities expands the living space of the blind and promotes the communication between the blind and the natural environment.
