| With the concept of design for maintenance is proposed and is widely accepted by manufacturers and the implementation of the engine designers followed the engine module integrated design. Currently used for engine performance evaluation concept and the queuing method which regard the engine exhaust gas temperature margin as the only reference for engine gradually cannot meet the demand of economy of airline. The performance of modules analysis and its relationship with the performance of the engine is an important guarantee of flight safety and also an important reference factor when making maintenance plan. So how to accurately analyze the performance of the module and its relationship with the performance of engine then establish an evaluation system focus on the module is very important. At present, foreign companies have developed health management system for products. Based on the traditional engine condition monitoring and fault diagnosis function, the new system integrates information of engine state reading、processing 、 storage and other functions and can be used to condition monitoring,performance analysis, trend prediction and fault diagnosis etc.This paper firstly studies the basic contents of performance of module analysis,lerarning the knowledge about engine, understanding of each engine module division rule of the three major manufacturers, improving the engine gas path parameter correction model according to the station based on the third similarity theory, then to verify the effectiveness of the engine test process according to the instructions given by manufacturer of engine test, selectting performance parameters of each module which can provide the data base for the performance analysis of module. The three methods provide a basis for the performance analysis of engine module at different stages. Based on engine trend chart,according to expert experience method to achieve the performance analysis of module qualitatively. Based on QAR data, according to health standard curve method to achieve the performance analysis of module quantitatively. Using the test data,establishing the performance analysis of module method which contain PCA、efficiency and flow capacity degradation to analyze module performance after overhaul. Based on least square method,building an relationship model between efficiency and flow capacity degradation with?EGT and ?WF and queuing model of engine based on EGT index. It is helpful to maintain and queue engine. Through the example proves the reliability of this method.Establishing the system of the performance analysis of module based on VB language. The system includes the data pretreatment module, the performance analysis of unit module,?EGT and ?WF prediction module, queuing engine module, The data storage module. It lead the process of performance analysis of module automation、Intelligent and comprehension.Achievements of the research can take some help for airline to maintain engine module. |
