Against the backdrop of the rapid development of global aviation industry, all the aircraft manufacturers and airlines need to improve their competitiveness to dominate the market, thus the improvement of the use economics of civil aircraft, that means the control of the costs as much as possible is urgent. The thesis studies in depth from the perspective of civil aircraft direct maintenance cost allocation, to make up for the inadequate study of civil aircraft DMC allocation in our country, and introduces new computing model, seeks to solve the limitations existed in the previous algorithm model. This paper summarizes the existing DMC allocation methods, according to the civil aircraft systems level analysis,establishes the list of the important components and their functions at all levels in the aircraft, determines which cost-allocation method is more suitable for cost allocation from the upper level to the lower level, builds new models, verifies and assesses with technologies to make the cost control process in the development phase more targeted.For the system level DMC allocation who has more empirical data, this paper introduces the case-based reasoning method, deeply studies the application of regression analysis for the system level DMC allocation, used the maintenance cost data, calculated and verified the system level DMC allocation, and used the principal component analysis to verify the caculation results of the model.For the subsystem level and component level DMC allocation who has less empirical data, this paper deeply studies the application of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model in the subsystem level and component level DMC allocation, to acquire the function importance evaluation vectors and function realization vectors by using the entropy method and expert evaluation method, and then assign the DMC index value from systems to subsystems and components, and makes a calculation example for the subsystem level DMC allocation.Developed the civil aircraft DMC allocation software, which provides a practical tool and platform for the cost analysis and control process in the civil aircraft development phase.
