Abstract/Summary:
In recent years, with the development of Shenzhen’s economy, accelerating urbanization, expanding city population size and increasing number of motor vehicles, Shenzhen is bearing enormous pressure and challenge. City traffic network development has not meet the rapid growth of traffic demand in shenzhen city, and the key to evaluating the effectiveness of the whole transportation system is to evaluating the efficiency of sending people to the destination. Compared to traditional spatial accessibility, the concept of time and space accessibility is the expansion of time dimension, this also reflects difficulty level of individual using transportation equipment and transportation facilities.Therefore, this article will use time and space accessibility distribution as the object of study, and focus on time and space accessibility distribution problems in the circumstance of multimodal transportation. Most scholars in has done a lot of research on space accessibility, but most studies are quantitative analysis by static network analysis method and accessibility indicators. In view of this, I will study from dynamic traffic information, the accessibility of distribution as well as multimodal transportation, and analyze taxis and public transportation’s space and time accessibility in the dynamic traffic environment in Shenzhen, and It is of great significance to improve the transport network.Aim at the condition mentioned above, this article is separated into four parts, first is to explain the background, meaning and research status etc of the topic selection; second is to give a brief introduction of relevant concepts, mainly introduce the connotation and factor of city-multi-transportation mode, the connotation and characteristic of dynamic traffic information, the concept and the characteristic of space-time’s accessibility. Third is to introduce the study focus and explain the technique process and research method. Last, after examination we gained the characteristic of the distribution of Shenzhen taxi space-time accessibility and the public traffic accessibility.The results shows that:As the space-time distribution, taxi accessibility is better than public traffic’s, and there are some differences in some areas,Bus and subway space-time distribution of most of the city up affected sites and lines in urban public transport modes Shenzhen bus system is more developed,the Shenzhen subway system’s space-time accessibility are relaitively poor;In different Threshold, the lager Threshold owns the better space-time accessibility,conversely, the worse, and the difference of taxi is more than public traffic.In different times, there are some differences of different areas, shows that the characteristicbetween morning rush hour and evening rush hour, weekday and weekend,as thedifferent distribution, taxi accessibility is better than public traffic.According to the information mentioned above,the study of City-multitransportation mode will be an effective solution of city traffic improvement and even the city logistics distribution.
