In the process of China’s rapid urbanization development,how to use limited urban public service facilities efficiently and fairly has become an important livelihood issue of national and local governments.As one of the important part of urban public service facilities,public service facilities are scarce resources in cities,and they are usually unevenly distributed.For a long time,there are contradictions between limited resources and infinite demand.Measuring the spatial accessibility of medical services has always been the focus of domestic and foreign scholars’ research,and it is of great significance to effectively promote the planning and balanced development of medical and health services and meet the basic needs of citizens for medical services.Taking the downtown area of Guiyang as the research area,taking the plot as the research scale,combined with Arc GIS software,the residents based on the accumulated cost network distance and real-time traffic data to 23 tertiary hospitals,25 secondary hospitals,54 first-level hospitals spatial accessibility measures and feature analysis.Firstly,it analyzes the spatial distribution and agglomeration characteristics of the population on the plot and 102 medical points.Secondly,it analyzes the service supply ratio of medical resources in Guiyang from the perspective of supply,and then from the cumulative time-consuming spent on the road and through the map of Gaode.The Path Planning API crawls Real Time Traffic data to study the spatial accessibility of residents in the peak and off-peak periods of different modes of transportation.Finally,according to the spatial accessibility level of hospital,the area and cause analysis of lack of medical resources are judged.The location allocation model is used to optimize the spatial layout of medical points in the medical field,and relevant suggestions are put forward.The results and conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)The distribution characteristics of urban population in downtown Guiyang are typical of central agglomeration.The old towns with Yunyan and Nanming districts are the most distributed,followed by the new urban areas of Guanshanhu District.The spatial distribution of medical resources is uneven,and the main agglomeration is distributed in the periphery of the central area,and the distribution in the peripheral area is small.(2)Based on the study of the cumulative time-consuming accessibility of the road network,the overall level of accessibility of medical treatment in Guiyang is better,decreasing from the center to the outer circle,and the spatial accessibility layer is prominent,with the Yunyan area and The central area of Nanming District is the core.Regardless of the influence of traffic and other factors,the accessibility of medical treatment within 30 minutes covers the entire urban area,and the accessibility of the hospital is concentrated.(3)Using the Gaode map web path planning API to climb the Real Time Traffic medical treatment time of the bus and private car during the peak and off-peak periods,and measure the accessibility.The results show that the bus peak period accessibility is excellent than the off-peak period,the accessibility of private car trips is more significant;the accessibility of private car travel is better than that of buses,and the overall accessibility of off-peak period is better than the peak period,and there are also some areas where the peak period is better.The overall accessibility of the plots in the central area is good either at the peak or off-peak periods.(4)Through the comparison of accessibility,the shortage of medical resources is mainly distributed in Dongfeng Town of Wudang District.Shawen Town and Maijia Town in the north of Baiyun.Zhuchang Town and Jinhua Town of Guanshan Lake District.Guizhu,Qingxi and Mengguan communities in Huaxi.It is planned to add 12first-class hospitals and five second-level hospitals in the peripheral areas,so as to enable the accessibility of the entire area to be effectively improved.From the traditional cumulative distance-consuming and the accessibility measurement of Real Time Traffic data,the overall spatial accessibility of medical treatment for residents in Guiyang is effectively identified,which has important theoretical guiding significance for hospital special health planning. |
