| As the needs for motor in every field of industry is increasing quickly, much requirements for motors with higher safety, enery saving and reliability are put forward,and a key step to ensure the motor’s safety, reliability and energy saving is the detection of motor stator. The test of the detection of motor stator is a kind of security detection to ensure the motor can achieve its scheduled electrical performance and mechanical properties, which must be accomplished before the motor impregnation.The stator insulation detection, DC resistance measurement, power frequency withstand voltage test and the interturn voltage withstand test is the last quality detection aimed to find out the defects in the stator winding’s grounding,leakage,interturn short circuit, faulty wiring, embedding error, number of turns and phase unbalance before the motor impregnation craft.First of all, the paper briefly introduces the advantages and disadvantages of the comprehensive motor stator detection system based on PC and also the strengths and weaknesses of the motor stator detection system based on embedded system. Since the comprehensive motor stator detection system based on PC is very expensive and not convenient in installation and debugging, it’s very hardly possible to be widely used in small enterprises of motor production and repair at present, thus this paper is proposed.Secondly, the paper has studied the function, performance, scope of application,applicable environment and overall structural framework etc. of the motor stator integrated detection system based on embedded system. It includes the stator insulationdetection, stator DC resistance measurement, the motor stator voltage withstand test,the interturn voltage withstand test and the determination of the stator rotation direction of magnetic field.Then, the circuit implementation of four tests including motor stator insulation detection, stator DC resistance measurement, the motor stator voltage withstand test,motor stator interturn voltage withstand test is made. The equipment used in motor stator interturn voltage withstand test is purchased. In addition, the hardware and software experiment platform for motor stator detection is designed, the hardware part includs the crystal oscillator circuit, power supply circuit, display circuit, debugging circuit and serial communication circuit, and the software part includes the revision and transplant of uC/OS-II operation system, display initialization program, serial communication protocol.Finally, the reliability and practicality of the detection system is verified on the designed experiment platform. |
