Research On The Establishment Quality Of Tender Control Price Based On The Cost Of Quality Management Theory On Lean Thinking

With the development of the construction industry, the construction cost industry is in line with constant growth. As an important element of the project cost management, tender control price act was the basis of high quality bidder choosing. On the other side, it laid the foundation for determined a rational construction contract price and the cost controlling in the future. The rapid development of the industry also brings side effects, such as the imperfect system and the uneven quality of the staff etc. which would affect the establishment quality of tender control price in a certain extent. Moreover, these problems would cause the overrun of the construction cost and the poor engineering quality. Therefore, guaranteeing the establishment quality of the tender control price should be the primary process.As this study was built on the establishment quality of the tender control price, quality cost theory and the management of the establishment quality of the tender control price were combined in this dissertation, tried to make a bridge between these theories improve the preparation of tender control price. Analyzed factors and divided cause of the cost subjects. Furthermore, established the theory of the quality cost on lean thinking, provided a helpful strategy to improve the establishment quality for the trustee. In this dissertation, all of the production activities in the process of the preparation were analyzed on the theory of the lean value stream, divided into three categories. Depend on the data of the quality cost of the establishment, the activities during the establish process which caused the waste were shown, and then the affecting facts would be identified by analysis. Moreover, building a continual improvement though was necessary for completely eliminated the waste and speed up the generation of the value effectively. In order to satisfy the customer with the lowest cost, the application of this method will be presented by a case and a clear instruction would be provided for the trustee.Quality cost of the tender control price establishing on lean thinking means important for the trustee. With the satisfaction of clients gained by a competitive low cost, more competitiveness would be earned for a company in the market.
