In order to reflects theproblems that most cities of the country are faced, this paper take high-rise residential building with small apartments in Hangzhou for study, by analysis the building economy, attend to explore the economic rationality for small apartment high-rise residential space and combine it with design.Building land in order to achieve cost and floor space in the balance.
