In recent years, along with the national policy vigorously support, supports in Tibet's situation in the whole nation, Tibet's national economy continues to grow fast, the lives of the people level enhances unceasingly, inhabitant's floor space expands unceasingly, also unceasingly enhances to the housing comfort level request. Recently several years, the small high-level housing started in my area to emerge, and obtained owner's favor gradually. However looks over the small high-level housing in Tibet's situation, all exists to the small high-level housing design each kind of structure system, but each kind of structure system all has own good and bad points, then which kind of structure system does suit in the Tibet small high-level housing this kind of specific structural style, and how causes the structure plan economy reasonably in the design process to become the urgent matter.Therefore this article has done the comparison research from following several aspects:First of all, through the theory of literature and standardize elaborate the small high-level system reinforced concrete structure commonly used technical performance and the scope of application; the actual situation of choice for Tibet are using special-shaped columns frames-shear wall structure, the short pier shear wall structure and the structure of large-Bay shear wall three types of reinforced concrete in architecture.Secondly, will the three structural system applied to the same instance of high-rise housing project, with PKPM structural analysis program, enter the integral model, according to the existing structure design specification structure calculation and analysis, and the results of technical performance and comparative analysis of economic indicators, to identify them in the natural period, structural stability, horizontal displacement, seismic response force, the internal forces, construction cost and economic indicators of the similarities and differences, between cum applies to high-rises of relatively reasonable structure system, and to move design recommendations for structural design and investment decisions.Finally, this article on a practical example:Lhasa city administrative units housing E-2 type, is optimized for a study, arrive at optimized shear wall system performance and fuel economy than the shear wall before tuning in architecture.
