| At present, China’s demand for oil consumption is bigger and bigger. Now China has become the world’s second country for oil consumption and the trend of demand for oil is increasing year by year. Therefore, the development of ocean oil and gas is particularly important. In recent years, the development of ocean oil and gas has gradually developed from shallow sea to deep sea. While drilling ship has more advantages than some other drilling platform such as strong self-propelled capability, good mobility, etc. Some unique advantages of drilling ship make it become that the main equipment of marine oil and gas development. In order to improve the stability, safety, economy of drilling ship, the research of power management system is very important.In this paper, drilling ship of 3000 meter operation depth power management system is regarded as the research subject. In order to achieve the two major functions of power management system, which is to prevent power off and achieve the minimum fuel consumption. The big power load is regarded as the research object to implement the speed control and load distribution of diesel generator set. In this paper, main work is as follows:(1) Organize and summarize the composition and function of the power management system, and further to study and design the main function of deepwater drilling ship power management system. Then study and design the drilling ship power system.(2) Analyze and study propeller load. Analyze propeller modeling, and study the typical working condition of propeller, then make Matlab/Simulink simulation and calculation analysis. The characteristics of power about the propeller is presented to give the method of acceleration of the propeller load limit control. Then, the structure system block diagram of drilling ship power monitoring and the monitoring signal of the propeller are given. Finally, seven kinds of load characteristic curve of drilling ship are obtained by experiment under different working conditions, so as to lay the foundation that PMS makes the corresponding strategy to generators in different working conditions.(3) Control the speed control system of the diesel generating units and allocate load of generating set. Establish simulation model of the speed control of diesel generator set. And then in the simulation of Matlab/Simulink, the PID and integral separation PID, PID based on disturbance observer, the three speed control ways are compared. The results of Matlab/Simulink simulation show that when the PID control method based on disturbance observer can decrease overshoot volume obviously and the speed control effect has been greatly improved. On the other hand, for generating set start-stop and load distribution calculation are derived and online available power for the generator set is to be calculated.(4) Analyze the cause of the power grid failure, then give the strategy analysis about generating set. It is to determine the rapid unloading method by studying the methods about reducing the heavy load. Finally the function of power system blackouts prevention control structure is given. |
