The drilling ship is an important equipment for the exploration and exploitation of oil and gas.With the increasing demand for energy and the reduction of resources in the offshore area,the drilling ship has gradually shifted from the shallow sea to the deep sea.The power of the drilling ship is increasing,and the drilling equipment is more and more.In order to ensure the safety,stability,economic and efficiency of the drilling ship,the research of power management system is very important.Based on the fund project " Power System Integrated Platform of Drilling Ship Operated 1500 Meters Deep Water",power management system of drilling ship operated 1500 meters deep water is taken as research subject.According to the power management requirements of drilling rigs,Model and simulation of power allocation,ship power blackout prevention and load fluctuation suppression are discussed and studied.The main work is as follows:Firstly,the composition of the power system of drilling ship operated 1500 meters deep water is studied.Based on the analysis of the components of the drilling ship power system,the modeling of the high-power diesel power generation system is carried out,and combined with the simulation of the static load and dynamic load model,the matching performance of the model is verified by simulation.Secondly,the blackout prevention of the power management of the drilling ship is studied.On the basis of analyzing the dynamic process of power failure in drilling ship,the existing blackout prevention scheme is studied,and the fast load reduction system based on sliding mode observer is applied to improve the detection speed of power failure.The effectiveness of the method is verified by simulation experiments.Finally,we study and analyze the suppression of the power grid fluctuation in the power management system of the drilling ship.By analyzing the causes of the fluctuation of the drilling ship,the method of controlling the fluctuation of the mixed energy storage energy is given.The charging and discharging circuit of hybrid energy storage are designed.The capacity of the hybrid energy storage system is determined by the particle swarm optimization.The simulation experiment shows that the hybrid energy storage can effectively suppress the fluctuation.
