Research Of Park System Planning In Beibei Distinct Under The Urban Development Background

Most of China's cities are developed in few decades. The fast development while brings city economic growth, improve people's living standard, also many urban problems. From the aspects of park system, people's attitude towards parks and relevant laws had changed a lot in the process of city development. So in this conditions, there are many problems in park system from the city's development.Beibei District is an expanding area. Since completed a certain expansion follow the development of Chongqing. And now because of strategic adjustment of Chongqing which brings the new development opportunity, the city is facing a large-scale expansion of space. Urban area of Beibei District is formed by three large groups at present, because of its unique landscape pattern and topography. Each group was established in different periods, so the city park planning and construction in different periods. We can see more clearly about the states of park system that each period presented. And it can clearly reflect the impact of changes to the city that the expanding park system construction brought.Therefore, this park system in Beibei District is the main object of study. The author will analysis the problems of park system which set up in the process of the city expanding combined with urban development of Beibei District. Then, try to explore the ways to plan the park system which under the background of city expansion.First part includes the introduction of chapter1 and the cognition of chapter 2, the origins of this study and related concepts are discussed. Then there is a brief review of the development of domestic and urban park on the city park system planning cases, focusing on the relationship between the park system construction and urban development.The second part is based on the analysis of the objects of Beibei District. Urban development and the development of Beibei park system were outlined, focusing on the construction status of Beibei District Park System and distributions, analyzing and comparing the various urban development through the park which proposed park system problems which were created in the process of city expansion: Park building which were lack of uniform standards and a sound theoretical guidance, unable to form a stable green structure, the regional park urban development is not balanced, the city park green building behind the pace of development.The third part is the root cause analysis of problems. Analysis of the park system and relevance with urban expansion. This paper analyzes the development of Beibei District, the city expansion and variation of Beibei park system, proposed the four parts of the political, economic, social and environmental parks system which influenced the park system in the process of urban expansion.The fourth part of the combined the content and ideas of former articles. Then, planning results Beibei District park system is proposed based on the park system layout and configuration policy under the new classification system for the park, and city-expansion the background.
