Study On Urban Agriculture Park Plan In Wenzhou City,China

The rapid development of urbanization led to the continuous use of internal agricultural land by urban construction.How to solve the contradiction between land use in urban infrastructure construction and farmland protection while meeting citizens’ needs for being close to nature,experiencing farm work and releasing work pressure.To some extent,the construction of urban agricultural park balances the contradiction between land use in urban construction and farmland protection and solves the problems that it is difficult for urban parks to maintain their operation.Therefore,this paper analyzes the problems of urban parks,agricultural sightseeing parks,urban agriculture,leisure agriculture The definition and the function characteristic of urban agriculture park,combined with the research results at home and abroad,this paper systematically analyzes the concept and characteristics of urban agricultural parks,analyzes the cases of different types of agricultural theme parks by using the methods of case analysis and comparative analysis,puts forward the theoretical system of urban agricultural park planning and construction,and makes an empirical study of the theory.The results are as follows:(1)Agricultural Theme Park Case StudyIn this study,three kinds of agriculture-themed parks were selected for investigation.They were the use of rural rich rural resources,integrated into modern agricultural science and technology into a national agricultural park;located within the city to agriculture culture as the theme of urban parks;leisure and sightseeing agriculture as The main urban modern agricultural park,through the analysis of the construction characteristics and deficiencies of these three types of parks,provides the foundation for the construction of the theoretical system of urban agricultural parks.(2)Urban agricultural park planning theory empiricalTaking the planning of the 18 Bay urban agriculture park in Ouhai District of Wenzhou as an example,the construction idea and method system of the urban agricultural park are put into practice,and a comprehensive city that meets the daily leisure activities of urban residents and rural nature with rural scenery Agricultural Park,the planning of other urban agricultural park with reference for reference.
