In recent years, industrial waste emissions is very serious. The waste emissions not only reduce the economic benefits of iron and steel sector, but also take up extra space to pile up, causing the waste of resources. In order to improve the current situation of low utilization of industrial waste as soon as possible, we should need to improve the recovery and re-utilization of industrial waste.This thesis is centered on the feasibility of slag coarse aggregate cement concrete,with an equal amount of slag in a different substitution instead of conventional concrete rubble and slag concrete preparation, and then determine a reasonable dosage of slag coarse aggregate. This is a comparative study of steel slag concrete and ordinary concrete in working performance, mechanical performance, durability performance difference, and puts forward suitable for large quantity of steel slag aggregate concrete mixture ratio, and economic benefit analysis.The results show that the incorporation of slag somehow improves the mechanical properties. It plays a beneficial effect on the frost resistance, resistance to chloride ion penetration and resistance to carbonize. The results also show that the appropriate mix content of the steel slag coarse aggregate is 50%, and obtain reasonable C40 slag concrete mix. But it is important to note that slag has a certain impact on the liquidity slump concrete results, and we can select a suitable composite superplasticizer to improve. The use of slag cement concrete can bring plenty of economic and significant environmental benefits.
