The waste concrete as the construction industry is one of the inevitable product of the development process,the recycled aggregate concrete technology can avoid the adverse effects on the ecological environment in landfills,suburban piled up,the cycle of sustainable development can promote the industry.The lithium slag is the waste residue discharge system of lithium carbonate industry,also direct emissions will pollute the environment,but as the admixture incorporation of recycled aggregate concrete,which not only reduces the cost of concrete,but also reduce the pressure on the environment,but also fully promote the use of industrial "waste",but also on the performance of concrete there is some improvement.This test will Urumqi area collected waste concrete as recycled aggregate,and industrial waste slag lithium slag powder drying ground as admixture,according to a certain mixture ratio was prepared with lithium slag recycled aggregate concrete,and select the water cement ratio,the dosages of lithium slag,recycled aggregate quantity of three factors of full array test design.The discussion of variables related influence on the work-ability and mechanical properties,and select the optimum ratio in the test results,verify the test of resistance to chloride ion melting performance,frost resistance,obtain the optimal ratio.The results are as follows:(1)The recycled aggregate concrete with lithium slag can reach the construction of pumping requirements,under the same conditions,the increase of recycled aggregate,lithium slag,and its easy performance continued to decline,while the aggregate replacement rate is less than 50%,the work-ability was reduced to a certain extent but has little effect on the whole as with the increase of the amount of recycled aggregate,and worse.(2)Under the same water cement ratio,the early strength of lithium slag is 10%,the replacement rate of recycled aggregate in 50% specimens with highest compression strength,splitting tensile strength test is the highest,when the age is 28 d when the lithium slag is 20%,the replacement rate of recycled aggregate for concrete compression strength the cubic compression strength,50% of the highest axialsplitting tensile strength is the highest.(3)There was a linear relationship between the changes of compression strength and axial compression strength ratio,the conversion relation can be calculated according to the formula fc =1.0704 fcu-11.9744 is recommended in this paper,the relationship between conversion of fc and fts can be calculated according to the recommended formula of fts =0.1644fcu0.8044,but the applicability of the corresponding still needs further exploration.(4)The water cement ratio is negatively related to the durability of recycled aggregate concrete with lithium slag.The recycled aggregate replacement ratio is 30%,the lithium slag is 20%,the optimal resistance of chloride ion,freeze-thaw resistance of concrete,and the recycled aggregate replacement rate is 50%,the lithium slag is20% and the difference is not big,can achieve the use of ordinary concrete durability requirements.
