Rail guided vehicle plays an important role in automated warehouse handling equipments,which has significant impact on the efficiency of three-dimensional warehouse storage and is the key equipment to evaluate three-dimensional warehouse whether it could meet the design requirements and advantages or not.Comparing with foreign countries,there is a large gap on product performance,design level,development rate,react flexibly to customer's needs and the ability to quickly launch new products to seize the market are also needed to be improved greatly.In view of the above situation,this paper Try to develop a rail-guided vehicle flexible design platform to satisfy the enterprise's demand of modularization,flexibility and fast.The main function of the customer on the shuttle car demand is similar but the difference is more obvious.The main research work includes:Above all,summarized the requirements of logistics equipment enterprises,developed the overall planning of the platform Including the overall design goals,main function and improve the performance of the key components' structure and vehicle dynamics simulation technology etc.Secondly,developed Shuttle simulation of overturning vehicles based on ADAMS,To perfect the research and practice of telescopic shuttle car.Among them,(1)design and analysis the shuttle's failure return mechanism.There are always much failure on machine now and then.In order to drag the strike shuttle away from the fault zone,ensure the entire warehouse to run again timely.In view of the design missing of the first generation shuttle,developed two sets of design scheme about fault shuttle return.Comparison them and select the best and analysis it with ANSYS finite software.make every effort to reduce material cost on the basis of strength requirement.(2)The kinematics dynamics simulation of overturn has been studied using ADAMS.Safety comes first,In order to ensure the safeness of the shuttle which designed by the design platform.This article considering the radius of the curve conduit,the velocity of the shuttle and other factors that have a great effect on the toppling performance of shuttle,in order to prevent the shuttle's overturn,this article give some advice on the shuttle's design on the basis of simulation.And laid a foundation for a shuttle's safe handling.Finally,designed a version of car reconfigurable design automation system using VB software to do development of two times of Solid-Works,realized the function of flexible design model of Solid-Works,each parts of RGV could be parametric designed.All parts of the parameters of RGV are unified managed using SQL database,established the standard component library.
