Culture-Oriensed Urban Desigm Research Of The Old City Renewal In China

The western urban renewal movement began 30 years earlier than in China and western countries has formed a series of effective path of practice. The experience can be summed up in two different patterns:real estate guide and cultural orientation. In China, historical and cultural protection and reshaping of city economy are two tasks of urban renewal. Therefore, Culture orientation of urban renewal mode than property oriented urban renewal mode is more suitable for China in the aspect of practice path. At the same time, the government control of the development of community and the government has a strong control ability to urban resources and land resources. They can preferred to put their city resources on the short-term gains limited urban renewal projects and promote the development of urban renewal projects. According to the above reason, this paper studies the case of three cities to update patterns and summed up experience of the author to participate in the practice of engineering. The paper is divided into four chapters:The first chapter, which talk about the Cultural orientation has become a practical path of history in the western countries and Summarization of the practice mode of urban renewal is not fully in our country.The second chapter, which analyzed the three Chinese mature urban renewal cases and analyzed from five aspects of their model:the development main body, designers, operators and users.The third chapter, which analyzes the urban design scheme of Zhen Pingshan culture block, and summarizes the urban design patterns.The fourth chapter, which summarized the old city renewal of our country.
