Problem Research Under The Perspective Of New Type Of Urbanization Of Equalization Of Beijing Public Transportation Service

Along with the pace of reform and opening up and the urbanization construction,the level of China's socialist modernization has been a sharp rise,and the demand for public service level is also growing.Facing the new era, new situation and new requirements,our country formulated the new urbanization strategic policy,mainly puts forward to the people-oriented and collaborative development for the construction of the concept, in order to promote economic and social development to achieve a new leap forward.At present,although the urbanization level of Beijing is located in the country,it has long been beset by imbalance development of public transportation service. So this paper will further promote the research of Beijing public service to the problem of public transportation equalization, and place it under the perspective of new type of urbanization which with strongly innovation,to inspired by the thinking of construction of equalization of public transportation service in Beijing by conduct a case study in DongBa area in the ChaoYang District.This paper consolidate the research foundation by utilized the method of literature research,argues that the new urbanization equal to public transportation service is an opportunity, and is also a challenge. In the case of research,DongBa area in the ChaoYang District created problems of transportation infrastructure, public transport planning, rail transport, regional development, cooperation governance caused by the lack of public service consciousness, the concept of collaborative development, planning of regional transportation and consciousness of cooperation governance which led to the imbalance of public transportation service. In order to solve the problem, the DongBa area need to further strengthen the service consciousness, scientific planning,pay attention to the coordinated development, strengthening infrastructure construction, optimize the design of the circuit, accelerate the construction of the subway,and promote the cooperation governance. According to the case study, this paper argues that Beijing need to promote the implementation of "1+2+2" strategic project of the construction of equalization of public transportation service as quickly as possible,hold the opportunity of the construction of subsidiary administrative center,lay emphasis on development principle of people oriented,persist in the construction principle of collaborative development,accelerate the construction of transportation infrastructure facility and give full play to role of enterprise and the people.
