With the rapid expansion of urban gas, the number of gas consumer is increased greatly, and the fuel gas accident also emerge in endlessly. Once an accident occurs, on the one hand, it can cause great losses to the people's life and property; on the other hand, it will pose a threat to social public safety. The insecurity and instability elements of the city are increased to some extent, therefore, much attention has been paid to the indoor security of gas consumer. The accident of catering services which is taking the liquefied gas bottle group as the fuel are occurred most frequently in Beijing. Beijing municipal government wants to govern these users, but this type of gas supply mode is lack of corresponding gas safety equipment. Therefore, a kind of valve is designed imperatively which can applied in the liquefied gas bottle group to ensure the safety of gas use. Through studying, calculation, analyzing and experiment measurement and test, a new type of gas and liquid amphibious electromagnetic gas emergency shut-off valve is designed.According to the valve working environment, starting from the overall system, this design is divided into two parts for automatic control and mechanical structure. In automatic control part, through slightly modifying the design of the original electromagnetic coil, magnetic boots and magnetic conductive plate are added to increase the magnetic force to meet the use requirement. The mechanical part is a new designed, to meet the demand that the valve can shut down and seal under low pressure and high pressure, reverse closed structure that the stem and disc is not in the ipsilateral is adopted; at the same time, in order to open the disc with the high pressure, pilot valve is equipped; to meet the requirements of anti-corrosion, the two main pressure parts of body and cover adopt ZL101-T6; Through wall thickness calculation, the strength is ensured, and setting up 3d mode by the Pro/E, and using its Mechanica module on strength analysis, reliability of intensity is validated;valve rod adopt 06Cr19Ni10, and through calculating the motion displacement, the length of the stem and the location of different structure are obtained, setting up 3d mode by the Pro/E, and using its Mechanica module on deformation analysis, feasibility of the design validated; valve clack adopt the material of stainless steel and fluorine rubber, through calculating seal pressure specific, setting up 3d mode by the Pro/E, and using its Mechanica module on deformation analysis, verify the seal is meet the design requirements; Through the Pro/E simulation assembly, verify that there is no conflict between components, the actual assembly is more smoothly.After accomplishing the prototype assembly, basic performance measurement test is implemented to ensure that the valve strength and compactness has no problem; Through the functional test, the safety goal of the design is ensured when using the valve; Through the durability test, the valve can be used at ease in life period.According the functional requirement of Beijing Municipal Commission of City Administration and Environment, through the design of gas and liquid amphibious electro-magnetic emergency shut-off valve for gas, the breakthrough starting from scratch of safety-valve in such using environment is realized, that provide more security for the user of LPG cylinder group in Beijing and even the nationwide.
