The ecological environment,economic development and social impact are adversely affected by tank dangerous goods accident frequency in our country.Tank detection is an effective guarantee of tank transportation safety.At present,against the tank detection,the most effective method demands that the testing personnel should enter the tank interior with inspection,therefore,it is necessary to exhaust the tank inner gas before the inspection.There are three problems in the existing tank gas exhausted method,firstly,resource waste and environmental pollution: the last step of existing gas exhausted method is that blowing the residual chemical gases into the atmosphere by the air repeated purge method.Secondly,affect the tank detection schedule: half a day is required that making the gas concentration decrease the safe range with air repeated purge method.Lastly,gas residue: there are body health risks for the testing personnel who would enter the inner tank.The paper mainly includes the following six aspects of the work: firstly,to study the gas exhausted tension detection system systematically and ascertain implementation plan;Secondly,to study the safety valve opening detection device,determine the technical route and design specific mechanical structure,and simulate the strength of key parts;Thirdly,the open device control system mainly includes the introduce of the control chip which is selected,the introduce of the stepper motor which is selected,and the specific circuit design of stepper motor control system;Fourthly,the development of safety valve tension detection system mainly includes the introduction of the tension sensor which is selected,data processing and acquisition circuit,485 driving circuit,and hardware anti-jamming circuit design;Fifthly,the program design of measurement control system mainly divided into the lower computer program and the upper computer program,the lower computer program mainly includes stepper motor control procedures,AD sampling procedures,485 drivers procedures,the upper computer program mainly includes reading serial data,the development of database,graphics interface design,and etc;Finally,control the actual operation of the safety valve opening and tension detection system,and analyze the collected measurement results.The project completed the development of the safety valve opening device and its detection system,and obtained satisfactory results,which laid a foundation for the development of the gas exhausted and tension detection system.
