"Actuator Oil Supply System Design" scientific research project that is in charge of Transportation Equipment and Marine Engineering College in Dalian Maritime University is the research background of this paper. For the realization of the oil supply system running efficiently, this paper mainly does static and dynamic characteristic simulation and experimental researches of relief valve, reducing valve and reversing valve. Eventually this paper reaches the parameter optimizations of hydraulic valve, so as to improve the performances of hydraulic valve to meet the actual load demands,It provides the theoretical basis for the design and selection of valve of different type transmission device in the future.This paper uses AMESim to complete modeling and simulation analysis of the relief valve, reducing valve and reversing valve.It analyses the influences of different process parameters on the accuracy,speed and stability of the relief valve and reducing valve.Using genetic algorithm optimization module in AMESim, it optimizes hydraulic valve to improve the performances of hydraulic valve. By establishing the thermal hydraulic model,this paper analyses the influences of oil temperature on the relief valve pressure flow characteristic,on-off characteristic, and the constant pressure property of reducing valve.It puts forward some ways to reduce the temperature in transmission box.Using FLUENT to simulate the flow field in the reversing valve,it analyses the characteristics of flow field inside the valve body, at the same time calculates the flow force on the spool.It analyses the factors that influents flow force,and finally puts forward some methods about the structure to reduce flow force.With the relief valve as an example in this paper, it builds the relief valve experiment table to test the pressure flow characteristic,on-off characteristic and dynamic characteristic.At the same time,comparative analysis is made for the experimental datas and simulation datas.The correctness of the simulation model is verified.
