| Energy is an important material foundation for developing industry,agriculture,national defense,science and technology and improving people’s material and cultural living standards.Now the production and living of society,dependent on a large number of energy consumption.At present,the most widely used energy in society is still oil,coal,natural gas and so on,oil and natural gas resources are increasingly depleted.Although coal resources are much more than oil and natural gas resources,but the direct application of coal will lead to serious pollution of the environment,however,the rapid growth of energy consumption and energy demand,these problems need to be solved urgently to promote people to look for a new type of environmental protection energy process,at this time,the pollution of small,wide distribution,easy storage of biomass energy has become the focus of research and focus.Direct combustion is one of the most efficient technologies for the utilization of biomass energy in the field of biomass energy utilization.At present,combustion technology of grate firing、bales combustion、fluidized bed combustion and so on,has low efficiency,easy slagging problems.And its technology has reached a certain bottleneck,resource conservation and the pace of new energy development slowed down or even stop.This paper consults a lot of information,through the research on physical and chemical characteristics and combustion characteristics of biomass powder fuel,design a kind of biomass suspension burner and its thermal performance test,and main conclusions are as follows:(1)In the biomass powder suspension combustion experiments,it is concluded that the more detailed biomass powder suspension combustion characteristics,the results show that,the biomass powder in the combustion chamber can stable suspension combustion,combustion temperature can reach 1200℃,the exhaust CO2,SO2,CO examination test,its content are 13.15% and 0.007%,0.08%,slag powder produced by the combustion of relatively less.(2)In the suspended biomass burner thermal performance testing can be observed powder fuel in the precombustion chamber for stable suspension combustion,the main combustion in the combustion chamber,so the stove ring is basically does not exist the phenomenon of slagging,to ensure the smooth feeding and combustion;(3)Under the rated condition,the actual operation of the boiler parameters can meet thedesign requirements,the combustion exhaust CO,NOx,SO2,soot content respectively132×10-6,24.5mg·m3,32mg·m3,,26.3mg·m3,superior to the same specifications of biomass pellet fuel burner,conforms to the requirements of national industrial boiler air pollutant emission standards. |
