Biomass fuel has been widely used in production and life because it has a wide range of sources and is easy to use.In particular,the occurrence of multiple energy crisis and the appearance of various environmental problems in recent years have made the sustainability and cleanliness of energy more efficient.More and more attention has been paid to it.Currently,biomass fuels are generally used in the application of more mature combustion technology on fossil fuels,but the combustion stability of biomass powder fuels when used alone is extremely poor,which is due to the poor mobility of biomass powders.The continuity and stability of the fuel supply are poor.In order to improve the feed stability of biomass powder fuel channels,the process of powder fuel transportation was divided into five processes:filling,reclaiming,gas locking,powder dropping and mixing.The equipment used in each process was improved accordingly,and carried out related tests.Finally a complete biomass powder delivery system was formed.The rice hull flour and rice hull charcoal powder were used as raw materials to conduct experimental research on the transport process of biomass powder.The research contents mainly included:the determination of the bulk density and fluidity of rice hull flour and rice husk carbon powder;The material powder transport system tests the dynamic characteristics of the powder fuel passage,and carries out standard deviation analysis and spectrum analysis of the collected air volume and pressure data.The use of glass sight glass to observe the conveying status in the powder conveying pipeline.The minimum air flow required for powder pneumatic conveying under various operating conditions was measured.The main findings are as follows:(1)Biomass powder has higher requirements on the half angle of the silo and the inclination angle of the sidewall of the hopper.The use of a vibrating silo and a vibrating hopper can effectively solve the problem of powder knot formation and accumulation.(2)The spiral feeder is more accurate and reliable in controlling the feeding amount and is suitable as a feeding device for biomass powder.However,compared with the screw feeder,the impeller feeds the powder evenly.(3)Increasing the amount of powder transport helps to increase the stability of the process of mixing the wind powder,and increasing the air volume helps to improve the transport stability.(4)The vibrating chute has relatively uniform flow effect,which can effectively improve the stability and uniformity of powder transport.(5)The multi-stage eolian powder mixer can achieve a stable process of mixing the wind powder without causing significant fluctuations in the feed amount. |
