Along with the increase of the high-rise buildings, the construction safety problems also increase. How to evacuate rapidly, effectively and safely has become the focus of the social safety study in recent years. The structural arrangement contains rooms with chairs and tables,narrow corridors and stairs, so good evacuation management strategy is particularly important. Making teaching building as object, the thesis simulates human emergency behavior in rooms with chairs and tables,narrow corridors and stairs. Taking consideration of the fire evacuation environment, a Multi-Agent evacuation simulation model is proposed, which provides scientific supports and advice for evacuation research of the high-rise building.In order to research the fire evacuation simulation, a mathematical model of fire disaster is built in the paper, which combines the evacuation behavior characteristics with the simulation of fire disaster, and drives the decisions and actions of people through visual perception and communication. According to the properties of fire, the fire mathematical model analyses the flame and fire smoke. Visual perception is simulated by the ray in the physics simulation, which gets the environmental information through ray projection technology. Communication is simulated by the event/delegate mechanism, which can share the fire information between group members. At the same time, taking those influencing factors such as familiarity of the environment, gender and group relations into consideration, this paper establishes a velocity model to simulate the velocity variation of the person in the process of evacuation.Based on the personnel model and the velocity model, this paper develops a three-dimensional fire evacuation simulation system for teaching-building, and an evacuation system based on the Internet of things. This paper compares and analyzes the commanded evacuation and the spontaneous evacuation under the situation of three different fire emergencies-- fire in exit, fire in stairs and fire in corridors, and mainly introduces the behavioral characteristics and conversion process in the command evacuation. The results show that the evacuation efficiency under an effective command is higher than that of the spontaneous one; if the evacuees could be informed in real-time about the location information of the fire, which will effectively avoid the evacuees delayed the best evacuating time to come into the danger area.The paper preferably shows the influence of fire on the occupant evacuation. The result is matched with the fact, and the personnel model is scientific and reasonable.
