Highway construction projects are often only focused on one-time capital cost of investment,and with little regard for the need to normal after the completion of long-term costs of conservation, resulting in some of these problems, such as the low-road durability, the high maintenance costs, the short service life.highway construction costs continued to rise, it bring serious economic burden, therefore, researching on the cost is very important, From the perspective of the entire life-cycle cost design to choose is an effective way to solve the problem.This paper presents the life-cycle cost analysis in the design of the road, After the pavement structure has been fully aware of the law and considering new and maintenance of pavement performance have some changes.considered in the design and processing at the beginning of the road on the life cycle and conservation of the initial reconstruction of the road after the performance and cost., arrangements for the conversion of scientific conservation strategy. That is, the entire life cycle in the road seeking to meet the performance standards and minimum life-cycle cost of the program.First of all, to establish a rational system for the entire life-cycle cost is the key, this article has been to build the framework of life cycle cos,elaborates life agency costs, user costs and user costs constitute and analysis their characteristics .In this paper the author assess the the use of performance on the road through pavement quality index, and combined with the road hierarchy, predict pavement performance in using Markov.Pavement performance study of the cost with the relationship between conservation.The road of life cycle conservation cost will be optimizationed of the decision-making, since the conservation work have some uncertainties, the different conservation work will bring to the different the pavement performance propertiest and bring about the influence of the work of next conservation, in view of the life cycle of these uncertainties ,using the event tree method is more objective reflection of the full life cycle of highway structures, the conservation time of the algorithm to take the probability of road pavement structure to achieve the conservation of the probability of life-cycle costs.Objective optimization based on function and conservation guidelines are: meeting the functional requirements of the road in the life cycle, at the same time to ensure that the road in its life cycle cost of the minimum conservation in order to predict optimal life cycle costs, the cost of the use of at least bring the greatest returns.
