In the process of product analysis, most of the work is to analysis a series of products and in high repeatability. Therefore, digital-rapid analysis is an inevitable trend based on the parameterized based model. The essence of digital-rapid analysis is to find the commonness and differences in the process of analysis, common parts is set up in CAD and CAE model, and the difference part is described with a set of parameters. The performance analysis of Solid, fluid and fluid-structure coupling are used for users.In this paper, digital-rapid analysis method is put forward for product based on the idea of parametric analysis. The key technology of implementation was introduced in detail, and establish the parametric-based model for LNG cryogenic valve. Then the LNG cryogenic safety valve digital analysis system was developed. The paper's main research contents and results are as follows:(1) The paper sets up the system framework and function modules of the digital analysis system of LNG cryogenic valve, illustrates its working process and the key technology of the system.(2) Digital-rapid analysis method is proposed based on the parametric technology. The paper studies the key technology to realize digital-rapid analysis, puts forward parametric-based model of the digital rapid analysis and the data transmission between the components in the system. And the paper defines data structure of parametric-based model and the data transmission between CAD, CAE, digital analysis system and the analysis report.(3) The paper studies CAE analysis and parametric modeling mechanism of the solid structure, fluid and fluid-structure interaction. On the basis, geometric model, grid control, material properties, boundary conditions and the result data were parameterized in the process of the analysis, the parametric-based model of DAH08 cryogenic valve was established.(4) The digital-rapid analysis system for LNG cryogenic-safety valve system was developed, which integrated of parametric design, parametric analysis and automatically generated-analysis report. And system design method and key technology were verified through an example, the results show that:the digital-rapid analysis platform was in high degree of automation and reliable.
