Nowadays, especially after the 2015 United Nations Climate Change Conference held in Paris, more and more architects have been caring about building's energy conservation and greenhouse emissions. Energy conservation and emissions reduction related to various types of buildings. Office building has much room for energy conservation and emissions reduction. In the whole process of architectural design, scheme design phase is the key point, it has and an important influence on the whole building'performance. As most project of building design has more than one scheme. Selecting the best schemes is a important step in design process. So it is necessary to come up with a scientific system for optimization scheme to help architect to know the energy consumption of basic design decisions. The system also can help architects to generate an building form with low carbon idea instead of just achieving basic requirements of energy conservation passively.This paper has reviewed related research of Low-carbon buildings optimization system home and abroad. It has given definition of research object from three major areas:the definition of low carbon buildings, office building design present situation, problems, characteristics and the scheme design phase of the characteristics and functions. Secondly, methods of weight calculation and comprehensive sorting in the optimization system have been put forward. In terms of weight calculation:The advantages and limitations of the commonly used weight calculation method and the method of weight calculation used in building evaluation standards have been analyzed; a method of combined weight namely analytic hierarchy process-entropy weight method has been introduced. In terms of comprehensive sorting method:it has the same thought with weight calculation. A combined method Grey Relational Analysis-ideal solution method has been introduced. The paper has given a complete mathematical model and the excel has been used to implement the whole calculation process. A case has been used to prove the rationality and operability of this method. Thirdly, low carbon building evaluation standard at home and abroad have been analyzed from situation, the composition of the evaluation system and evaluation of carbon emissions, etc. The above three aspects of research include Evaluation content defined, determination of the index system, establishment of index weight, Evaluation standard to the comprehensive sorting method of theoretical analysis and preparation.Finally, the index system of optimizing system and formulate the index weights have been defines basing on evaluation Standard of Green Building. Suitable comprehensive sorting method has been selected. And a complete system of optimization has formed in the end. It can consider each design process by using the optimization system of indicators and translated into the architect design strategies which should be considered to help the architect to generate specific architectural form the concept of low carbon, established from the architectural space and structure to low carbon building performance.
