Research On Low Carbon Design Strategy Of Japanese Office Buildings

Since the 21 st century,a lot of resources,energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions caused by construction activities have attracted people's attention.The number of office buildings accounts for the largest proportion in public buildings,and the energy consumption is particularly prominent.The research on low-carbon office building design is of great value to reduce energy consumption,reduce building carbon emissions and improve the environment.But at present,the research and practice of our country is in the initial stage,and there are few research and practice cases of low-carbon office buildings.Japan is one of the countries that pay attention to building carbon emission earlier.Through the analysis of typical low-carbon office buildings in Japan,this paper explores their low-carbon design methods and carbon reduction.On this basis,this paper summarizes the design strategies of low-carbon office buildings in Japan,puts forward effective ways to reduce carbon emissions in an all-round way from the perspective of architectural design,and forms a low-carbon design strategy system that is easy for architects to control,hoping to play a reference role for the low-carbon design of office buildings in China and contribute a little to the implementation of carbon reduction.Specific research contents include:1.To sort out the basic situation of Japanese office buildings,including the development context,classification and functional composition;to summarize the design points,including structural materials,spatial layout,equipment system,etc;2.Summarize the research and development status of low-carbon buildings in Japan,including the development context,recognition system,relevant laws and policies,and analyze the factors affecting the carbon emission of office buildings in combination with the design points;3.Based on the influencing factors,the typical low-carbon office buildings of different sizes and types in Japan are selected for investigation,and the low-carbon design is analyzed,and the carbon reduction effect is evaluated;4.Based on the case study,this paper summarizes the basic strategy of low-carbon officebuilding in Japan.From the five aspects of structure and materials,space and components,equipment and energy,demolition and recycling,longevity,and other related examples to further explain.5.Based on the case study,this paper summarizes the basic strategy of low-carbon office building in Japan.From the five aspects of structure and materials,space and components,equipment and energy,longevity and disaster prevention,demolition and recovery,and combined with other relevant examples to further explain.
